Detailed Itinerary

Day Tour: Moshi/Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater – Moshi/Arusha
Early Morning: Depart from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha after breakfast and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy scenic views along the way, passing through local villages and highland farms.
Late Morning: Arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint (2,300m) and admire the breathtaking panorama before descending 600 meters into the crater floor for a game drive.
Midday: Enjoy your picnic lunch by the hippo pool while watching wildlife nearby. Continue your game drive to spot the “Big Five” and other species in the open grasslands and acacia forests.
Afternoon: Ascend the crater rim and drive back to Arusha or Moshi, arriving in the evening.
Driving time: 3–4 hours each way
Game drive: 4–5 hours
